Hanover House

This home languished on the market, for nearly a year, unsold.  The property owner asked me to update this property where it could be sold.  This was an extensive renovation lasting approximately 6 months.  All wallpaper stripped, all rooms and moldings painted, new hardwood flooring was installed, Carrara marble bath floors installed, all new plumbing with custom kitchen sink and light fixtures and bath mirrors, throughout.  On the exterior, a new Black Architectural roof replaced the green standing seam metal roof, all new exterior coach lights installed and front and rear landscaping refreshed.  Upon completion of updates, I staged the property with high end furnishings.  A Broker/Agent open was hosted with a wine and cheese tasting and a three string quartet who played during the showing, by the KW listing agent, Mr. Kirby Smith.  This high-end, over 5000 square foot home sold in three months. I absolutely had a love affair with this home to make it perfect.

Zsa's Place

Zsa's kitchen is finished with beautiful Paris Grey beveled mirror tile and black Absolute granite counter tops.  Hand applied Mica wall treatment and gorgeous light fixture. A few more pictures will follow.

The original garden window was removed and replaced with a solid piece of glass.  It is clean lined and opens the sight line to the rear garden.  
 
The new light fixture is such a gem, along with the gold geodesic cabinet knobs,   the space has truly undergone a huge rebirth.  Of course, my client also has excellent taste and we had so much fun searching and sourcing all the extra touches. The light coming from the window and reflecting off the beveled mirror tiles expands the size of this kitchen two-fold.  Although this renovation took much longer than normal (due to the Hurricane Harvey floods, lack of tradespeople and supplies) but this client is a very happy lady..

Connie's Fresh Farmhouse

Ms. Connie contacted me after her project had begun.  She was interested in paint colors, copper sink and faucet choices, cabinet colors and ideas for the remaining kitchen shelving, lighting and furnishings for living, master and dining rooms. The client was interested in a soft farm house look. 

This home went through the Harvey flood and needed a total interior renovation along with a few upgrades to master bath and kitchen.
